Schedule a free evaluation

A member of our management team will schedule a meeting with you to visit the home. The purpose of this meeting is too determine if you are eligible to host a sale. We will get into the eligibility in step 3.

Home visit

During our visit we are assessing the items offered to ensure that you have a successful sale. In most cases our fees are deducted from the proceeds of the sale which means there is no upfront cost to you. Each sale is unique and varies on the services needed. To be eligible for a sale we want to make sure the items being sold can cover the services requested. This will help earn you money instead of paying out of pocket for our services.

STEP 4

Schedule your sale!

After we have mutually determined the needs of your sale all that's left to do is schedule it! We will email you a no obligation contract to review. The contract will re-cap all the services requested and fees along with the sale dates. Once completed a member of our management team will stay in touch.
